Dr. Cobo is a Senior Education Specialist with a passion for the effective and appropriate use of new technologies. His career, spanning over two decades, has focused on the future of learning, cultures of innovation, and human-centered technologies. From 2014-2019, Dr. Cobo served as the founding Director of the Center for Research at the Ceibal Foundation in Uruguay. There, he led initiatives to harness the potential of technology in education. A prime example is the Plan Ceibal, which was established in 2007.
