Dr. Cobo is a Senior Education Specialist with a passion for the effective and appropriate use of new technologies. From 2014-2019, Dr. Cobo served as the founding Director of the Center for Research at the Ceibal Foundation in Uruguay. There, he led initiatives to harness the potential of technology in education.
